Basic Usage

• Most games will boot and run automatically from disk.
• If they don't, then use dir or dir /w at the A> prompt to find the right executable file. Executable files have either a .x or .bat extension.
• While Sharp have released the BIOS ROMs for the X680x0 series as public domain, it can be hard to find the character ROM and SCSI ROMs. Many other X68000 emulators will create the character ROM for you based on Windows fonts, although this can be problematic if you are using Windows 9x/Me.
• It is recommended that you use the default IPL-ROM v1.0, as this is the BIOS that is tested the most.
• A hash file is included in recent versions of WolfMESS so that you can match disk images to those expected to used for HARP. It is available separately here (updated 08/03/2010).
